Hypnosis is a state of relaxation. It is during this state of relaxation that it is possible to access the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is the basis of all our behaviour, emotions and physical appearance. This part of our “subconscious” brain contains programs about our thinking, reasoning, experiencing, feeling and how our body presents itself.
“Programming” takes place throughout our entire lifetime; its main purpose is to protect the body and the mind. Our experiences and observations are interpreted and stored. Trying to change this programming during daily life, by willpower alone, is often very difficult and slow. Hypnosis can therefore be a valuable tool to help with the desired changes. We can rewrite, edit, adapt or let go of the emotion(s) related to that chapter, so that it becomes a more neutral/positive chapter in your life. You then become free from the prohibitive barriers and obstacles.
But, above all, you can then enjoy who you are and what you want in life even more. With the help of hypnosis, we can tackle your problems and you will experience a more complete version of yourself.
What is Hypnosis actually?
In Hypnosis, the body and mind assumes a state of sleep. Importantly though, you don’t actually sleep, like you do in bed. It is more like a combination of relaxation and focus. Your body goes into deep rest, whilst your brain actually becomes very alert. We all experience this natural state on a daily basis, for example just before we fall asleep, or getting absorbed in a film.
When you are in hypnosis, you are aware of all the physical, emotional events in and around you. You will remain in control and everything will become very focused during a session. At the same time you will also experience a deep level of relaxation. You can perhaps compare it with a wonderful relaxing massage, only with a longer lasting result. You will be amazed at the quick results, but, you must submit to the process, it is only by submitting that you can achieve the level of relaxation required.

How does it work?
I will take you into a wonderful, relaxing and deep hypnotic trance. You will hear everything I say and you will experience everything and you will remember everything. Once you are in a deep state of hypnotic-trance I can communicate with the unconscious part of your brain. This is the library of everything you have ever seen, heard, done, experienced, felt etc. during your life. In this is part of your brain where your behavior and habits have been programmed, this is the cause of the problems you are experiencing. Your behavior is shaped by emotional decisions from your thoughts.
Together we are going to (positively) “re-program” the unconscious part as you wish, so that you get the desired result. Remember, you are in charge of this! It’s like removing an app from your mobile phone, which is no longer useful for you.
With hypnosis you can solve a very wide range of problems. Hypnosis is very effective. Scientific research has shown that hypnosis in combination with motivation, willpower and conviction offers very good results.
